# Required Ingredients:

→ Pork

01 - 4 bone-in pork chops

→ Marinade

02 - 60 ml Worcestershire sauce
03 - 60 ml soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons (28 g) brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon (3 g) onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
08 - 0.5 teaspoon (1 g) ground black pepper
09 - 0.5 teaspoon (3 g) salt

→ For Cooking

10 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl until fully dissolved and homogeneous.
02 - Arrange pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly coated. Seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or preferably overnight for optimal flavor infusion.
03 - Prepare a grill or stovetop skillet by heating to medium-high. Lightly brush grates or pan with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Remove pork chops from marinade, letting excess liquid drain off. Place on the hot cooking surface and grill for approximately 4–5 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 63°C is achieved. Adjust time as needed based on chop thickness.
05 - Transfer pork chops to a plate and allow to rest for several minutes to enable juices to redistribute. Serve immediately with preferred accompaniments.

# Additional Information:

01 - For best results, allow pork chops to marinate overnight; extended marinating yields maximum tenderness and flavor.
