# Required Ingredients:

→ Mochi Dough

01 - 100g Glutinous rice flour
02 - 30g Cornstarch
03 - 35g Sugar
04 - 180ml Plant-based milk
05 - 2–3 drops Strawberry food coloring
06 - 15g Softened vegan butter

→ Filling

07 - 150ml Coconut cream
08 - 50ml Heavy cream
09 - 1–2 tbsp Sweetened condensed coconut milk
10 - 3 tbsp Strawberry puree

# How to Make It:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, plant-based milk, and food coloring until smooth. Cover the bowl and microwave for 20 minutes, or until the dough becomes translucent.
02 - Stir in the softened vegan butter until fully combined with the dough. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and stretchy. Allow it to cool for 45 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip together the coconut cream, heavy cream, sweetened condensed coconut milk, and strawberry puree until stiff peaks form.
04 - Dust your working surface and the dough with extra glutinous rice flour. Flatten a portion of the dough and place a dollop of the filling in the center. Pinch the edges together to seal the mochi completely.
05 - Tap the bottom of each mochi with cornstarch to remove any excess moisture. Gently brush off any excess flour from the surface.
