                Preheat oven to 350°F.

                Spread crushed pineapple with juice in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

                Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top of the crushed pineapple.

                Sprinkle brown sugar over the cake mix.

                Melt 1 cup butter and pour it evenly over the top.

                Bake in the 350°F oven for 50 to 55 minutes until the top is light golden brown and bubbling at the edges with pineapple.

                Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
