Keto Chicken Cheese Quesadilla (Print-Friendly Format)

# Required Ingredients:

01 - 180 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
02 - 180 grams cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Protein

03 - 130 grams cooked chicken, chopped

→ Vegetables

04 - 40 grams bell pepper, sliced
05 - 40 grams tomato, diced
06 - 15 grams green onion, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then evenly spread the mixture on the prepared pan into a circular shape.
03 - Bake the cheese shell for 5 minutes until melted and edges begin to brown. Carefully pour off any excess oil immediately after baking.
04 - Arrange the cooked chicken over half of the cheese shell. Top with bell pepper, tomato, and green onion.
05 - Fold the cheese shell in half to enclose the filling. Press gently and return to the oven for 4 to 5 minutes, until crisp and golden.
06 - Slice and serve warm with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Optionally garnish with chopped fresh basil, parsley, or cilantro.
