Set oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until uniform.

Spoon tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the lined sheet, spacing apart. Flatten each mound into a thin, even disc using the back of a spoon.

Transfer tray to the centre rack and bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden and crisp.

Let chips cool on the tray for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Once fully cooled, serve with preferred dips or as a snack.
