# Required Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs chicken wings or wings and drumsticks
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
06 - 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
07 - 1 teaspoon oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon cumin
09 - ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
11 - ½ teaspoon chili powder

→ Ranch Dressing

12 - ¾ cup mayonnaise (use homemade or store-bought avocado oil mayonnaise or full-fat Greek yogurt)
13 - 2 tablespoons cashew milk
14 - 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
15 - 1 tablespoon diced fresh chives
16 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
17 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
18 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
19 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
20 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Combine all dry rub spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, oregano, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili powder) in a small bowl or jar and mix well.
03 - Dry chicken wings and drumsticks thoroughly using paper towels.
04 - Place dried chicken pieces in a large bowl and coat with olive or avocado oil using hands or tongs.
05 - Toss the oil-coated chicken with the prepared dry rub until evenly coated.
06 - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place a wire rack over the paper.
07 - Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the wire rack, leaving space between them for even cooking. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - While the chicken is baking, combine all Ranch Dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, cashew milk, apple cider vinegar, chives, dill, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder) in a small bowl or jar and mix thoroughly.
