Juicy burgers mixed with ranch, bacon, and cheddar for bold flavor. Simple to prepare and perfect for gatherings.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Burger Patties

01 - 680 grams ground chuck
02 - 45 milliliters sour cream
03 - 16 grams ranch dressing mix
04 - 40 grams cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 110 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ To Serve

06 - 6 hamburger buns
07 - Lettuce leaves
08 - Sliced tomato
09 - Yellow mustard
10 - Mayonnaise

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain tenderness.
02 - Divide the mixture evenly and form into 6 burger patties of uniform size and thickness. Press a slight dimple in the center of each to prevent doming during cooking. Wet hands with cold water if needed to reduce sticking.
03 - Preheat grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium heat. Cook patties, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches desired level: 54-57°C for medium-rare, 60-63°C for medium, or 71°C for well-done. Do not press down on patties while cooking. Allow burgers to rest for a few minutes before assembling.
04 - Toast hamburger buns if desired. Place cooked patties on buns and top with lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayonnaise, or other preferred condiments. Serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - Use a burger press or container lid to help shape even patties and ensure uniform cooking.
02 - Employ a meat thermometer for precision and optimal results—avoid guessing doneness.
03 - Experiment with toppings such as pickles or grilled onions for personalization.
