02 - 120 ml buttermilk
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 30 g shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
05 - 30 g cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

→ Honey Butter Syrup

06 - 60 ml honey
07 - 28 g unsalted butter
08 - 15 ml maple syrup (optional)
09 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornbread mix, buttermilk, and egg until a smooth batter forms. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, if using.
02 - Preheat a mini waffle maker and lightly grease the plates with oil or butter. Drop approximately 1 tablespoon of batter into each section and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp. Repeat until all batter is used.
03 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, unsalted butter, maple syrup if desired, and a pinch of salt. Stir frequently until the mixture is fully melted and emulsified. Remove from heat.
