Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.

Brush the surface of the pastry evenly with melted butter. Distribute minced garlic over the pastry.

Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and black pepper uniformly across the buttered pastry.

Carefully roll up pastry tightly from one long edge. Slice the roll into approximately 2.5 cm wide pieces.

Arrange rollups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
