# Required Ingredients:

→ Puff Pastry Base

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese Layer

02 - 125 g shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garlic Butter

04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Finishing

09 - 1 egg, beaten

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
03 - Brush the surface of the pastry evenly with melted butter. Distribute minced garlic over the pastry.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and black pepper uniformly across the buttered pastry.
05 - Carefully roll up pastry tightly from one long edge. Slice the roll into approximately 2.5 cm wide pieces.
06 - Arrange rollups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until rollups are golden and crisp.
08 - Let cool slightly before serving warm as an appetizer, snack, or side.
