Preheat grill or nonstick skillet over medium heat. For skillet cooking, drizzle a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

Place patties onto the hot surface and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, turning carefully, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C.

Lightly toast the hamburger buns. Place one cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun and add desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, or avocado.
