02 - 100 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 60 g plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
06 - 15 g chopped fresh parsley
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Assembly

09 - 4 whole grain or classic hamburger buns
10 - Lettuce leaves, optional
11 - Tomato slices, optional
12 - Sliced pickles, optional
13 - Sliced avocado, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing powder, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 2 cm thick.
03 - Preheat grill or nonstick skillet over medium heat. For skillet cooking, drizzle a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Place patties onto the hot surface and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, turning carefully, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
05 - Lightly toast the hamburger buns. Place one cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun and add desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, or avocado.
06 - Top with the remaining bun halves and serve hot.

# Additional Information:

01 - Substitute sharp cheddar with pepper jack for a spicier profile or experiment with fresh herbs like cilantro for variation.
02 - Allow cooked patties to rest for several minutes before serving to retain maximum juiciness.
