Spread salt on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the outer rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into salt until evenly coated. Refrigerate until serving.

In a cocktail shaker, combine cubed watermelon, lime juice and agave syrup. Muddle thoroughly until the watermelon is broken down and well mixed.

Double strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass filled halfway with ice.
