Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup and gently press the cheese to create an even base.

Place three slices of mini pepperoni on top of the cheese in each muffin cup.

Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each cup to enhance flavor.

Transfer the muffin pan to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese edges are dark golden brown.

Allow chips to cool slightly before gently removing them from the pan. Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
