# Required Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 680 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Fats and Oils

02 - 56 grams unsalted butter, divided
03 - 30 milliliters olive oil

→ Aromatics and Seasonings

04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - Salt, to taste

→ Fresh Herbs

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Pat dry the chicken pieces and season evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil and half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
05 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Information:

01 - For best results, allow the chicken to reach room temperature before cooking to promote even browning.
