Sweet Citrus Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds of chicken wings.
02 - 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
03 - 3 tablespoons of potato starch.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
05 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - A pinch of salt.
08 - 1-2 teaspoons of ground pepper.
09 - Spray oil.
10 - 1/2 cup of honey.
11 - Zest of 1 lemon.
12 - Juice from 1/4 cup of lemon.
13 - 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
14 - 1 tablespoon of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F and get the wings dry using paper towels.
02 - Mix the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, baking powder, and potato starch until coated well.
03 - Lay wings flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spritz some oil over the tops.
04 - Lower the oven temp to 425°F, bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway and spritzing more oil if needed.
05 - Stir together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper over medium heat for around 3-5 minutes.
06 - Coat the wings in a good amount of sauce. Keep some sauce aside if you like dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Dry wings give you the crispiest results.
02 - Add more or less pepper depending on your taste.
03 - It’s best to eat them fresh while they’re still crunchy.
