03 - 10 ml onion powder
04 - 10 ml chili powder
05 - 15 ml smoked paprika
06 - 10 ml granulated garlic or garlic powder
07 - 5 ml dried oregano
08 - 5 ml salt
09 - 2.5 ml red pepper flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, dried oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.
02 - Place chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl or resealable bag. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning blend over the chicken and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating on all pieces.
03 - Cover and refrigerate the chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to deeply infuse.
04 - Preheat grill to medium heat. Arrange marinated chicken thighs on the grill grate. Cook covered for 6–8 minutes per side, until a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion reads 74°C and the juices run clear.
