Sweet Strawberry Summer Dessert (Print-Friendly Format)

Quick, sweet strawberry sorbet for summer.

# Required Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups frozen strawberries (360g)
02 - 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup, white sugar, xylitol, etc.)
03 - 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon
04 - optional pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Remove the stems from the strawberries and ensure they are frozen. If using fresh strawberries, freeze them beforehand.
02 - Using a high-speed blender, blend the frozen strawberries, sugar, lemon juice or zest, and salt until the mixture achieves a smooth sorbet texture.
03 - If a high-speed blender is not available, allow the frozen strawberries to thaw slightly for processing in a regular blender. Once blended, transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
