Tangy strawberry lemonade bars with a buttery crust & sweet, citrus-infused filling.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
02 - 1/4 cup sugar
03 - 1 1/2 cups flour
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Filling

05 - 1 cup fresh lemon juice
06 - 2-3 teaspoons lemon zest
07 - 3/4 cup chopped strawberries
08 - 1 1/4 cups sugar
09 - 4 large eggs
10 - 1/4 cup flour
11 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
13 - Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the flour and salt, and mix until a crumbly dough forms. Pat the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
02 - While the crust is baking, in a blender or food processor, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, strawberries, and sugar, and blend until smooth. Add the eggs and blend again until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and blend until the mixture is fully combined.
03 - Pour the filling mixture onto the hot crust and return the pan to the oven. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top looks dry and is just slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
04 - Once the bars have cooled completely, sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
