Strawberry Coconut Chocolate Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 350 g desiccated coconut
02 - 23 g strawberry jelly powder
03 - 397 g condensed milk

→ Topping

04 - 250 g dark chocolate
05 - 1-2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch tin with baking paper, leaving some hanging over the edges for easy removal later.
02 - Add the desiccated coconut and jelly powder to a bowl and mix to combine. Then add in the condensed milk and stir until everything is evenly coated.
03 - Press the mixture firmly into your lined tin.
04 - Melt the dark chocolate and spread it on top of the strawberry mixture, then add a sprinkling of freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
05 - Place in the fridge for about 1 hour until the topping has set.
06 - Cut into slices using a warm knife and enjoy!

01 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
