# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
03 - 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup (240ml) warm milk
06 - 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Filling

09 - 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 - 1/2 cup (120ml) strawberry jam or preserves

→ Glaze

13 - 4 ounces (115g) cream cheese, softened
14 - 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
15 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
16 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Topping

17 - Fresh strawberries, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
03 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
04 - Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
05 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
06 - Mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
07 - Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Spoon the strawberry jam over the cream cheese filling and gently swirl it into the cream cheese.
08 - Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log and pinch the seam to seal. Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 12 equal-sized rolls.
09 - Place the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
10 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
11 - Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
