02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 300 g frozen French fries
06 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 4 large flour tortillas
09 - 60 ml sour cream
10 - 60 ml salsa
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
12 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 0.5 teaspoon salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
02 - Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, ensuring it does not burn.
04 - Season steak slices with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet.
05 - Cook steak for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
06 - Transfer steak and onions to a plate and set aside.
07 - In the same skillet, cook frozen French fries following package instructions until golden and crispy.
08 - Return steak and onions to the skillet with fries, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
09 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
10 - Place warm tortillas on a clean surface and distribute the steak, onions, and fries mixture evenly in the center of each.
11 - Top each with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
12 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling securely.
13 - Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place burritos seam side down and toast 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
14 - In a small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa until well blended.
15 - Slice burritos in half, drizzle with the sour cream and salsa mixture, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
