Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and sauté until well browned and caramelized, about 5–7 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant and golden.

Add BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.

Return the cooked sausage to the skillet, add the drained pasta, and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
