Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs Easy (Print-Friendly Format)

# Required Ingredients:

→ Ribs

01 - 1.8 kg pork baby back ribs
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Barbecue Sauce

04 - 480 ml ketchup
05 - 240 ml chili sauce
06 - 110 g packed brown sugar
07 - 60 ml vinegar
08 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
09 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 dash hot sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange ribs in a shallow baking pan. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
02 - Place ribs in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes. Turn ribs over and brown the other side for an additional 15 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Move browned ribs to a slow cooker, arranging them to fit evenly.
04 - In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, dried oregano, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs and turn to coat.
05 - Cover and cook on low heat until the ribs are very tender, approximately 6 to 8 hours.
