# Required Ingredients:

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup diced onions
03 - 240 ml ketchup
04 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
05 - 13 g brown sugar
06 - 9 g onion powder
07 - 2 cups crispy fried onions

08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

→ Cornbread Batter

09 - 480 g Jiffy cornbread mix
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - 160 ml milk

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef and diced onions, crumbling the beef thoroughly as it browns. Cook until the meat is fully browned and the onions are softened. Drain excess grease from skillet.
03 - Remove skillet from heat. Stir ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and onion powder into beef mixture until fully integrated. Fold in crispy fried onions.
04 - Lightly grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Spread beef mixture evenly in the bottom. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese blend over the beef mixture.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, eggs, and milk. Stir until batter is smooth with no large lumps.
06 - Pour cornbread batter over beef layer in the baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, until cornbread topping is golden brown across the surface.
08 - Remove baking dish from oven. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese blend over cornbread layer.
09 - Return dish to oven and bake an additional 2-4 minutes, until cheese is melted.
