01 - 140 g mixed leafy greens or Romaine lettuce
02 - 1/2 cucumber, sliced and quartered (approximately 75 g)
03 - 100–200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and halved
05 - 40–80 g kalamata olives or black olives, pitted
06 - 30 g crumbled feta cheese (omit for dairy-free or vegan)

→ Balsamic Vinaigrette

07 - 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
08 - 22 ml balsamic vinegar
09 - 15 g Dijon mustard
10 - Pinch of garlic powder, to taste
11 - Pinch of salt, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until fully emulsified.
02 - In a large serving bowl, place the mixed greens or Romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives. Add feta if using.
