Shamrock Pretzel Pops Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 36 mini pretzel twists (for 12 pops)
02 - 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
03 - 12 green candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms)
04 - 1 cup green candy melts (or white chocolate + green food coloring)
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
06 - Green sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. If needed, stir in coconut oil to thin the consistency.
03 - Arrange three mini pretzels in a shamrock shape on the parchment paper. Place a lollipop stick in the center, positioning it slightly under the pretzels. Add a green M&M at the center where the pretzels meet.
04 - Using a spoon or piping bag, drizzle melted green candy over the pretzels to hold them together. Ensure all connection points are covered for a sturdy pop.
05 - While the candy coating is still wet, sprinkle with green sugar or festive sprinkles for extra decoration.
06 - Allow the pops to cool at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, or place them in the fridge for 10 minutes until firm.
07 - Once set, carefully lift the pops off the parchment and serve.

# Notes:

01 - No Lollipop Sticks? Use paper straws or skip the stick and make bite-sized shamrock pretzel clusters instead.
02 - Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for extra freshness.
03 - Flavor Variation: Try using white chocolate with a dash of mint extract for a fun twist!
