05 - Sprinkle of chocolate chips (optional, mini preferred)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas until smooth (small lumps are acceptable). Mix the almond butter into the mashed bananas.
03 - Add the protein powder and cocoa powder to the banana mixture and mix until well combined.
04 - Arrange 8 silicone baking cups in a muffin tin. Using a spoon and spatula, divide the mixture evenly between the baking cups. Sprinkle the top of each with a few chocolate chips, if desired.
05 - Bake the brownie cups for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Note: They will appear soft when first removed from the oven but will firm up once fully cooled.
06 - Serve the brownie bites at room temperature, cold, or slightly warm.

# Additional Information:

01 - Use overripe bananas for a sweeter flavor in the brownie bites.
02 - Silicone baking cups create portion-controlled brownie bites and prevent sticking.
03 - Blend all ingredients in a food processor for a smoother batter consistency.
04 - Brownies will firm up after cooling despite initial softness out of the oven.
