Pecan Pie Lasagna No-Bake Dream (Print-Friendly Format)

Layers of creamy cheesecake, buttery graham crust, and gooey pecan filling create a dreamy, chilled dessert.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Crust Layer

01 - 180 grams graham cracker crumbs
02 - 67 grams granulated sugar
03 - 113 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Cream Cheese Layer

04 - 226 grams cream cheese, softened
05 - 120 grams powdered sugar
06 - 5 millilitres vanilla extract
07 - 240 millilitres whipped topping, thawed

→ Pecan Filling Layer

08 - 220 grams brown sugar, packed
09 - 120 millilitres light corn syrup
10 - 57 grams unsalted butter
11 - 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
12 - 150 grams pecans, chopped
13 - 2.5 millilitres vanilla extract
14 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 23 x 33 centimetre baking dish to achieve an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully integrated. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust layer.
03 - Combine brown sugar, light corn syrup, and unsalted butter in a saucepan. Heat over medium until the mixture is bubbling. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the beaten eggs. Fold in chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Allow the mixture to cool slightly to prevent melting the cream layer.
04 - Pour the cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly. Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to ensure firm slicing.
05 - Using a clean, warm knife, slice portions as desired. Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

# Additional Information:

01 - Chill the base crust prior to adding subsequent layers to maintain defined slices.
02 - Ensure the pecan filling is cooled before layering to preserve the integrity of the cream cheese mixture.
03 - For optimal texture, allow the lasagna to stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
