01 - 5 cups peeled and sliced peaches (6 to 8 peaches)

07 - ½ cup all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a large bowl, combine 5 cups of peeled and sliced peaches. Juice half a lemon over the peaches and add vanilla extract. Sprinkle arrowroot over the peach mixture. In a separate small bowl, mix granulated sugar and salt. Pour the sugar mixture over the peaches and stir to coat.
03 - Transfer the peach mixture to a buttered 2.5-quart baking dish.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add chunked cold butter to the mixture and incorporate using a pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly. Gently stir in oats.
