# Required Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 65 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 60 milliliters milk
05 - 100 grams Italian-style bread crumbs
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ For the Topping

10 - 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with a mixture of bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and 50 grams of Parmesan cheese.
03 - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat evenly with the bread crumb-parmesan mixture.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
05 - Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Combine shredded mozzarella, remaining Parmesan, and minced garlic; evenly distribute mixture over chicken breasts.
06 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling and chicken reaches 74°C internal temperature.
07 - Serve hot, accompanied by preferred sides.
