08 - 1/3 cup butter
09 - 1/2 cup sugar
10 - 1 egg
11 - 1 teaspoon milk
12 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or Mexican vanilla extract
13 - 1 cup flour
14 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

# Instructions:

01 - Crush vanilla wafers into fine crumbs using a blender or rolling pin. Combine the crushed wafers, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, vanilla extract, softened butter, and finely chopped nuts in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
02 - Take portions of the mixture and shape them into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in sweetened coconut flakes to ensure an even coating.
03 - Place the formed balls on a tray or container and refrigerate until they become firm.
04 - Once chilled and firm, serve the Orange Blossom Delight Balls. For better flavor, allow them to sit for a while before serving.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually mix in flour and baking powder until incorporated.
06 - Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow wafers to cool completely before using.
