02 - 1 small yellow onion, diced
03 - 450 g ground beef
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced

→ Spices & Seasoning

05 - 1 tsp ground cumin
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - 0.5 tsp salt, or to taste
10 - 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Vegetables & Fresh Additions

11 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
12 - 1 medium zucchini, diced
13 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
14 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
15 - Juice of 0.5 lemon

→ Optional Garnish

16 - Crumbled feta cheese, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and lightly golden.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6–8 minutes until thoroughly browned and cooked through.
03 - Add minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well, allowing the spices to bloom and coat the beef evenly.
04 - Stir in diced red bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Continue to cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender yet retain some bite.
05 - Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley to refresh and balance the flavors.
06 - Distribute the stir fry into bowls or wrap in warm flatbread. Top with crumbled feta if desired.

# Additional Information:

01 - For a dairy-free option, omit feta cheese. Leftovers develop deeper flavor and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Suitable for meal prep and freezing.
