Korean Spicy Pork Bowls (Print-Friendly Format)

01 - 1 lb pork loin, roast sliced thin
02 - 1/2 cup gochujang
03 - 5 cloves minced garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
05 - 1 small onion, grated
06 - 1 pear, grated
07 - 1 Fuji apple, grated
08 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon sugar
11 - 1/3 cup chopped green onion
12 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

→ Bowl Components

13 - 1 lb package rice noodles, prepared according to package directions
14 - 2-3 cups cooked white rice
15 - Sriracha mayo
16 - Teriyaki sauce
17 - White sesame seeds
18 - Green onions, sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large resealable bag, add sliced pork. In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients and pour over pork. Seal and mix to coat. Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork with marinade and cook until tender and thoroughly cooked.
03 - Add desired amount of cooked rice into the bottom of a serving dish. Top with cooked noodles and slices of pork. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
