Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place shredded mozzarella into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes until fully melted.

Combine melted mozzarella with almond flour in a mixing bowl and stir until a thick dough is formed.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper on a flat workspace. Using a rolling pin, roll dough to a thickness of approximately 4 mm (1/6 inch).

Cut the rolled dough into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter. Arrange pieces on prepared baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and allow chips to cool completely on the tray.
