# Required Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup blanched almond flour
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon seasonings of choice (such as ground black pepper, paprika)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place shredded mozzarella into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes until fully melted.
03 - Combine melted mozzarella with almond flour in a mixing bowl and stir until a thick dough is formed.
04 - Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper on a flat workspace. Using a rolling pin, roll dough to a thickness of approximately 4 mm (1/6 inch).
05 - Cut the rolled dough into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter. Arrange pieces on prepared baking tray.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and allow chips to cool completely on the tray.
