Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Spread evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

Place a layer of salami, followed by pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese. Add roasted red peppers and banana peppers for extra flavor. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Place the top half of the rolls over the filling. In another small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush generously over the rolls.

Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
