Hot Italian Sub Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sliders

01 - 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1/4 cup Italian dressing
04 - 6 slices salami
05 - 6 slices pepperoni
06 - 6 slices ham or turkey
07 - 6 slices provolone cheese
08 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
09 - 1/2 cup banana peppers, drained
10 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ For the Garlic Butter Topping

11 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
14 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
02 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Spread evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
04 - Place a layer of salami, followed by pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese. Add roasted red peppers and banana peppers for extra flavor. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
05 - Place the top half of the rolls over the filling. In another small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush generously over the rolls.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
07 - Let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Add crushed red pepper flakes or hot giardiniera for a spicier kick.
02 - Swap provolone for mozzarella or Swiss for a variation in flavor.
03 - Assemble sliders ahead of time, cover with foil, and refrigerate until ready to bake.
