01 -
Combine chicken thighs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat the chicken with seasonings.
02 -
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet and fry for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
03 -
Remove the cooked chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
04 -
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 -
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute. Return cooked chicken and its juices to the pan, turning pieces to fully coat in the sauce.
06 -
Allow chicken to simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes, letting it absorb the flavors. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds.
07 -
Transfer the glazed chicken to serving plates, spoon additional sauce on top, and garnish as desired. Serve hot.
