# Required Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

→ Seasonings

02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

→ For Cooking

06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Sauce and Finishing

08 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (regular or dark)
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
12 - 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
13 - 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine chicken thighs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat the chicken with seasonings.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet and fry for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
03 - Remove the cooked chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute. Return cooked chicken and its juices to the pan, turning pieces to fully coat in the sauce.
06 - Allow chicken to simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes, letting it absorb the flavors. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds.
07 - Transfer the glazed chicken to serving plates, spoon additional sauce on top, and garnish as desired. Serve hot.

# Additional Information:

01 - Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free meal. Skip sesame seeds if serving those with allergies. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to thin the sauce if preferred. Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes for maximum flavor.
