# Required Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 60 ml all-purpose flour
02 - 2.5 g garlic powder
03 - 0.5 g cayenne pepper
04 - 2.5 g onion powder
05 - 5 g salt
06 - 0.5 g ground black pepper
07 - 450 g chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
08 - 15 g unsalted butter
09 - 15 ml canola oil or other light oil
10 - 1 tbsp green onions, sliced

→ Honey Butter Sauce

11 - 70 g unsalted butter, room temperature
12 - 120 ml honey
13 - 15 ml soy sauce
14 - 15 ml apple cider vinegar
15 - 1.5 g salt
16 - 0.25 g ground black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat 15 g butter with oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Shake excess flour from the chicken and arrange pieces in a single layer. Fry for 2–3 minutes on each side, turning when golden brown. Remove and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to low and add remaining butter to the skillet. When melted, stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Continue stirring over low heat until sauce thickens to a smooth, caramel-like consistency.
04 - Return chicken to the skillet and toss until every piece is generously coated with sauce. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve with steamed white rice and sautéed green beans if desired.

# Additional Information:

01 - For crispier chicken, avoid overcrowding the pan and fry in batches if necessary.
