03 - 1 cup (150 g) bell peppers, diced (any color)
04 - 410 g canned diced tomatoes with herbs
05 - 2 cups (250 g) frozen mixed vegetables
06 - 2 cups (340 g) cooked white rice
07 - 1 cup (100 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C to prepare for baking.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
03 - Add the chopped onion and diced bell peppers to the beef; sauté until vegetables are softened.
04 - Incorporate the diced tomatoes with herbs and frozen mixed vegetables into the skillet. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Fold in the cooked rice, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly.
