# Required Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
03 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
05 - 0.13 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - 480 millilitres marinara sauce
08 - 225 grams uncooked mafalda pasta or any short noodle
09 - 600 millilitres beef broth
10 - 120 millilitres milk
11 - 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned throughout. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add dried minced onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
03 - Add marinara sauce, uncooked mafalda pasta, beef broth, and milk to the pot. Stir well, ensuring any browned bits on the bottom are deglazed.
04 - Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for approximately 15 minutes until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
05 - Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and cook for about 30 seconds until the cheese is melted and fully incorporated.
06 - Serve immediately while warm for best taste and texture.

# Additional Information:

01 - For optimal flavor, use freshly grated mozzarella and consider substituting mafalda with other short pasta shapes as desired.
