Ground Turkey and Peppers Stir-Fry (Print-Friendly Format)

Ground turkey sautéed with bell peppers, onion, and warm spices for a flavorful, weeknight dinner.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Stir-Fry Base

01 - 450 g ground turkey
02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 15 ml olive oil
06 - 1 tsp ground cumin
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
02 - Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until well-browned and cooked through.
03 - Stir in sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables turn tender and lightly caramelised.
04 - Sprinkle ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately while warm.
