Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until well-browned and cooked through.

Stir in sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables turn tender and lightly caramelised.

Sprinkle ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately while warm.
