                Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried basil; set aside.

                In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, wholegrain mustard, hot sauce (if using), white vinegar, and paprika until fully combined and smooth.

                Remove 60 millilitres of the honey mustard sauce and place in a small bowl for basting; reserve remaining sauce for serving.

                Brush grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

                Arrange chicken breasts on the grill and sear for 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.

                Brush chicken breasts generously with half of the reserved basting sauce. Close grill lid and cook for 7 minutes.

                Uncover grill, flip chicken, and brush with remaining basting sauce. Continue grilling for 5 to 6 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 74°C.

                Transfer grilled chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for 8 minutes.

                Slice grilled chicken breasts and serve with the reserved honey mustard sauce.
