# Required Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - 0.5 teaspoon dried basil

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

08 - 60 millilitres honey
09 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted
10 - 15 millilitres Dijon mustard
11 - 15 millilitres yellow mustard
12 - 15 millilitres wholegrain mustard
13 - 10 millilitres hot sauce, optional
14 - 2.5 millilitres white vinegar
15 - 0.5 millilitres paprika

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
02 - Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried basil; set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, wholegrain mustard, hot sauce (if using), white vinegar, and paprika until fully combined and smooth.
04 - Remove 60 millilitres of the honey mustard sauce and place in a small bowl for basting; reserve remaining sauce for serving.
05 - Brush grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
06 - Arrange chicken breasts on the grill and sear for 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
07 - Brush chicken breasts generously with half of the reserved basting sauce. Close grill lid and cook for 7 minutes.
08 - Uncover grill, flip chicken, and brush with remaining basting sauce. Continue grilling for 5 to 6 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
09 - Transfer grilled chicken to a cutting board and allow to rest for 8 minutes.
10 - Slice grilled chicken breasts and serve with the reserved honey mustard sauce.
