# Required Ingredients:

→ Poultry

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Herbs and Seasonings

02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
03 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Toppings

07 - 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
08 - 4 slices ripe tomato
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, sliced

→ Balsamic Reduction

10 - 120 millilitres balsamic vinegar
11 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or use non-stick spray.
02 - Combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly.
03 - Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for approximately 6–7 minutes per side, or until nearly cooked through.
04 - Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Close the grill lid; allow cheese to melt for 2–3 minutes.
05 - Remove chicken from the grill. Arrange a tomato slice and fresh basil on top of each breast.
06 - In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and light brown sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reduced by half and is syrupy. Keep warm.
07 - Drizzle the warm balsamic reduction over the assembled chicken. Serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - Let the balsamic reduction simmer gently to avoid burning and ensure a smooth, tangy glaze.
