Greek Chicken Meatballs (Print-Friendly Format)

# Required Ingredients:

01 - 900 g ground chicken
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
05 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 15 g fresh dill, finely chopped
08 - 15 g fresh mint, finely chopped
09 - 40 g red onion, finely diced
10 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
11 - 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest

12 - 15 ml olive oil

→ For Serving

13 - chopped romaine lettuce
14 - feta cheese
15 - cucumber slices
16 - diced tomato
17 - cooked white rice
18 - tzatziki sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Place ground chicken, salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, dill, mint, red onion, garlic, and lemon zest in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand until all components are uniformly incorporated.
02 - Use a tablespoon or small scoop to portion the mixture, then roll each portion between your hands to form meatballs of equal size.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Arrange meatballs in the pan in batches, ensuring they are not crowded. Sear each meatball for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 74°C.
04 - Arrange cooked meatballs over a bed of chopped romaine lettuce with feta, cucumber, tomato, white rice, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
