# Required Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - Salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, to taste
03 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
04 - 100 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
05 - Optional: chopped cooked bacon
06 - Optional: diced pickles
07 - Optional: caramelized onions

→ Dough

08 - 1 tube (approximately 340–400 g) refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, divided into 8–12 flattened circles

→ Topping

09 - 30 g melted butter
10 - 5 g freshly minced garlic or garlic powder
11 - 15 g finely grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Chopped parsley, to garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese and any optional fillings.
02 - Flatten each dough circle onto a work surface. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each. Bring edges together, pinch tightly to seal, and roll gently to form a well-sealed ball.
03 - Place dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter combined with minced garlic. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake the cheeseburger bombs for 15 to 18 minutes, until the exterior is golden brown and crisp.
05 - Immediately after baking, brush with extra garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm, accompanied by preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, aioli, or spicy mayonnaise.
