03 - 15 ml olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
08 - 450 g smoked sausage or Italian sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces

→ For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

09 - 340 g pasta (fettuccine, penne, or preferred shape)
10 - 30 g unsalted butter
11 - 355 ml heavy cream
12 - 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. Return sausage to skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
03 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
04 - In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and add garlic powder, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 - Toss drained pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce, ensuring all strands are evenly coated.
06 - Divide the creamy Parmesan pasta among serving plates. Top each portion with garlic butter sausage bites and extra Parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - For the smoothest results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese, as pre-grated varieties may not melt properly.
02 - Reserve some pasta cooking water and stir in as needed to reach your preferred sauce consistency.
03 - Customize by folding in sautéed vegetables such as baby spinach or mushrooms for additional depth and nutrition.
