Preheat oven to 220°C. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Carefully lift the meat out and lay it on top of the shell, keeping it connected at the base.

Brush lobster tails with melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.

Place lobster tails on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes until the meat is opaque, firm, and cooked through.

Melt the remaining butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.

Pour in heavy cream and add grated Parmesan. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in lemon juice; season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the baked lobster tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
