01 - ¾ cup blanched almond flour
02 - ⅓ cup sugar-free sweetener
03 - 1 tsp baking powder

05 - 1 egg
06 - 1 egg white
07 - ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
09 - 2 tsp sprinkles, optional

→ Frosting

10 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened (reduced fat used)
11 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
12 - ½ cup powdered sugar-free sweetener

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
03 - Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until combined. Fold in sprinkles, if using.
04 - Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners, and divide the batter evenly among them.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
06 - In a separate bowl, combine frosting ingredients and beat until smooth.
