Everything Toasted Cheddar Pierogies (Print-Friendly Format)

Crispy cheddar pierogies tossed in everything spice with a tangy mustard-chive dip.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Pierogies

01 - 1 box Classic Cheddar pierogies or alternative flavour, approximately 425 g

→ Coating

02 - Olive oil cooking spray
03 - 2 tablespoons Everything spice seasoning blend

→ Dipping Sauce

04 - 60 ml whole grain Dijon mustard
05 - 60 ml sour cream
06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange pierogies in a single layer on the prepared tray. Mist evenly with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with Everything spice seasoning.
03 - Bake for 20 minutes, turning the pierogies halfway through, until golden brown and puffed.
04 - In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, sour cream, and chopped chives until well combined.
05 - Transfer hot pierogies to a serving platter and present with the prepared dipping sauce.
06 - Evenly coat pierogies with olive oil spray and toss with Everything spice. Place in air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and heated through.
