12 - 4 hamburger buns
13 - 15 ml olive oil

→ Optional Toppings

14 - Sliced pickles
15 - Shredded cheese
16 - Coleslaw

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and onion. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, allowing the aroma to develop.
03 - Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
04 - Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally for an even blend of flavors.
05 - Toast hamburger buns in a separate skillet or toaster until golden and crisp.
06 - Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the toasted buns. Add optional toppings such as sliced pickles, shredded cheese, or coleslaw as desired. Cap with the top halves of the buns.
07 - Serve sandwiches hot, immediately after assembling.

# Additional Information:

01 - Choose sturdy buns, such as kaiser rolls, to help prevent sogginess from the filling.
02 - Adjust the level of heat by varying the cayenne content in your Cajun seasoning blend.
