01 - 450 g 95% lean ground beef
02 - 1 packet (35 g) reduced sodium taco seasoning
03 - 1 medium-large head iceberg lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
04 - 1 medium-large tomato, diced
05 - 115 g 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 115 g nacho cheese Doritos, loosely crushed into bite-sized pieces
07 - 240 ml light Catalina or French dressing

# How to Make It:

01 - Brown lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and mix thoroughly until beef is evenly coated. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese.
03 - Add the seasoned ground beef to the bowl with the vegetables and cheese, stirring gently to mix.
