→ Main

01 - 225 g rotini or other short pasta
02 - 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 450 g chicken breast, diced

→ Seasonings and Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 240 ml heavy cream
09 - 240 ml milk
10 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
13 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
14 - 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Toss diced chicken breast with half of the Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken pieces until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
03 - Season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until opaque and lightly golden. Remove and set aside with chicken.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Add unsalted butter to the skillet, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Stir in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt. Stir until cheeses have melted and the sauce is smooth.
06 - Return cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss until well coated and heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
07 - Transfer to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream or use light cream.
02 - Control spice level by adjusting the quantity of Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes.
